About this competition
Welcome to the First Boomtown Throwdown. This is a two person team competition format.
Get ready for 2 days of gritty CrossFit competition. There will be 5 workouts and a final. The competition will be on Friday evening, September 11th through September 12th. Be prepared to have one event outside on Saturday.
We will have three divisions for the Male / Male teams - RX, intermediate, and scaled.
We will have three divisions for the Female / Female teams - RX, intermediate, and scaled.

We will not be able to issue refunds. But your are able to sell you spot to another team if needed.
