About this competition
Join us for our 4th Battle of the Birds, presented by Carolina Children's Clinic!
Teams of 2 will take on 4 workouts, and 1 floater WOD. There will be 3 divisions: Scaled (Same Sex), Masters (Co-Ed), and RX (Co-Ed). See division standards for more information so you can choose your division accordingly.
Workouts will be released starting August 17th.
