£10 from every ticket sale will be donated to the Matt Hampson Foundation, which inspires and supports young people who have been seriously injured through sport.

Teams of 1 able-bodied and 1 para-athlete will battle it out over 3/4 wods to be crowned winners of our Wodaptive pairs competition. Teams can be made up of Male/Male, Female/Female, and Male/Female.
