Fifth year running at CrossFit Woolgoolga on the beautiful Mid-North Coast.

2 Day Pairs competiton. F/F, M/M

This year we will be doing things a little different. Every team will be signing up in the same division, regardless of the teams fitness level.                                                The first 3 Events will determine what division you will be competing in for the rest of the weekend. The first 3 events will be testing your fitness level thoroughly but wont consist of any high level skills. This will be tested futher in the remaining events.       If you make it inside the top half of teams you will be considered an RX team and can expect to see all movements. However events will be set-up similar to previous years where teams will be fine with only having 1 person on the team who are able to perform high level skills.                                                                                             For the bottom half of the field, your team will be considered intermediate/scaled, and will not be expected to perform high level skills for the remainder of the weekend. However there will still be skill aspects to the remaining events.

So why are we doing it this way?? To be honest, we like to try and do different things, and believe that this could be a fun and different experience. Sometimes teams dont really know what division to sign up in. This way we are taking that out of the equation and its decided for you, based on your performance in the first 3 events.

The first 3 events will test your team on: Strength, longer metabolic conditioning and basic crossfit grunt work.

If you finish in the top half of the field you will be competing for $$$ prices.

No refunds, but teams are allowed to sell/give their spot to somebody else if they cant make it.
