• Five on site events & final held at local affiliates
• One event every month, on a friday evening, starting from january to june
• Individual Rx and Inter category
• Compete in one event or collect multiple points across the season
• Every event contributes points to the season leaderboard, top 10 athletes per categroy get invited to the finals (only three best results in season count, rest are dead results)
• Workout will be announced on site during the athele briefing
• No qualification, limited spots per event, first come first serve
