Online Qualifier
Oslo Throwdown 2026 will use the WFP Tour 2 Online Qualifier workouts as its official Online Qualifier.
How it works:
Athletes who want to compete at Oslo Throwdown 2026 in the Team of 4 or age group division, and fight for a spot to the WFP Finals 2026 in Copenhagen, must register for the Oslo Throwdown Online Qualifier.
The workouts performed will be exactly the same as the WFP Tour 2 Online Qualifier workouts.
Athletes complete the same workouts, but results must be submitted through the Oslo Throwdown Online Qualifier platform.
Divisions:
Elite • Team of 4 Elite
Masters – Individual • 35–39 • 40–44 • 45–49 • 50–54 • 55+
RULES
Teams
Teams will consist of 4 total athletes - 2 men and 2 women. Teams are allowed to submit a roster of 6 total athletes to allow for 1 male and 1 female substitutionAthletes do not have to be from the same gym. The roster will lock when the team takes the floor for event 1. There will be no substitutions after this point.
One athlete per team will be designated as the team captain. This role will be assigned to the athlete completing registration on behalf of the team. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the competition stages.
Qualification for the WFF can be obtained through Tour 1, Tour 2, a partner competition or by qualifying through the World Fitness Finals Qualifier.
Age Groups
Age group divisions will be as follows:
Male 35-39 Female 35-39 Male 40-44 Female 40-44 Male 45-49 Female 45-49 Male 50-54 Female 50-54 Male 55+ Female 55+
Qualification for the Finals can be obtained through a partner event or by qualifying through the World Fitness Finals Qualifier.
**WFP holds the right to invite any athlete in any division to compete or add any division at any Competition**
Age An athlete's age will be determined by their age as of Dec 31, 2026. This age will be used to determine any age group athletes correct division placement.
