NOVA Throwdown is back for our third year but this time in the winter! January 10th 2026 come join us at CrossFit Verity for a team showdown! The NOVA Throwdown is a one-day, open division, 4-person MMFF Team CrossFit Competition.

This competition will once again feature the best implement in team CrossFit...the Rogue Worm! 

Registration for teams is capped this year at 21 teams! 

NOTE: The open division means that the skill level will be lower than RX but higher than scaled.

We will have swag bags for podium winners as well as a CASH PRIZE for the 1st place team.
