Nightmare before Christmas 

The name couldn’t be more fitting for this competition. 

At Ultra Strength and Conditioning we are extremely passionate about lifting heavy, running long and/or fast, breathing hard and being down right tough. This competition will embody each and every one of these passions. Don’t worry… it will be fun!! As long as your definition of fun is the same as ours…

There will be three divisions (male/male & female/female teams): Rx, Intermediate, and Open. 

Grab a partner you trust (with your life probably…maybe…) and prepare to have your weaknesses exposed!
