In this “Choose Your Own Adventure” competition, teams of 2 (MM, MF, FF) will be in control of their workout journey. Rather than a one-size-fits-all challenge, participants will experience an element of strategic choice in each of 4 WODS... SO CHOOSE WISELY TO WIN THE "PRIZE-LY".
