This isn’t just about trophies – this is where athletes earn their qualification for the Natural Strongman World Championship and the Natural Strongman European Championship.

Competitors will face 5 brutal events that demand raw power, willpower, and unbreakable endurance:

💀 Hex Bar Deadlift Max – Rising bar, 3 attempts, only the strongest survive. 💥 Circus Dumbbell for Reps – Two weight options, but in the end, the strongest always wins. ⚡ Yoke Carry into Sandbag Carry & Load – 20 m Yoke straight into a 20 m Sandbag Carry, loaded onto Yoke height – a true test of lungs and legs. 🔥 Drag & Throw – 20 m sled drag backwards, then 3 sandbags thrown over a 4 m bar – pure explosiveness. ⛰️ Husafell Bag for Distance – 75 seconds of pure hell, turning every 20 m – where heart meets pain.
