The M1 Cup is back and will be held at CrossFit Moose, Newcastle.

This is more than just a pairs competition—every workout earns points for your gym, and at the end of the day, one gym will claim the 🏆 M1 Cup.

💪 Who can compete? This is an all-inclusive competition, open to all levels. compete as M/M, F/F or Mixed Pairs across the Advanced or Open Division. Grab your training partner & take part in the battle of the boxes! 

🏆 What’s at stake?

- The M1 Cup Trophy for the winning gym - Bragging rights until next year - CASH prizes for the top pairs;

Advanced Teams:

1st Place - $500 + CFM Pack

2nd Place - $300 + CFM Pack

3rd Prize - CFM Prize Pack

Open Teams:

1st Place - $300 LSKD Gift Card + CFM Pack

2nd Place - $200 LSKD Gift Card+ CFM Pack

3rd Prize - CFM Prize Pack
