Workouts will be announced ahead of time.

Online registration dates: 

01.12.2025 10 a.m. ends 15.02.2026 12 a.m.

No refund policy and team member replacement option: 

Once the registration is complete there will be no refunds issued under any circumstances. However, the team members can be replaced at any time before the competition starts. 

The replacement must be communicated to the organizers in advance: info@heartnheavy-crossfit.de
