Fort Throwdown 2026!
Mark your calendars! Fort Strength is back with another CrossFit-style throwdown on June 6th and 7th. This time we are having an individual competition on Saturday and a mixed pairs competition on Sunday. Sign up by yourself and/or grab your training partner and be ready to throw down. There will be a minimum of 3 events each day, designed to test your strength, skill, and stamina. Whether you're chasing the podium or just showing up for fun and fitness, this is your moment!
We're offering two divisions each day to match your vibe: RX and Open. Whether you're a seasoned competitor or stepping onto the competition floor for the first time, there's a spot for you. Expect an electric atmosphere, a lot of high fives, and a whole lot of heart.
Registration opens March 13th and 9:00 am, and spots will go fast - don't miss your chance to be a part of the action! Register by April 30th to guarantee your free athlete t-shirt.
