Teams will work their way through 4 workouts. The goal for this session is for teams to work together in their team of 3 and support the other teams when they get their chance to rest.
Teams will be configured as either all Male, all Female or Mixed teams (MMF or MFF).
Heat/Workout Flow: 4 workouts x 18 minutes on each workout 8 mins of work time + 1 minute of transition time (working team becomes scoring team and scoring team does the workout 8 mins of scoring time + 1 minute of transition to the next workout
6 teams of 3 will be staggered on each station. 3 teams will be completing the workout and 3 teams will be supporting and scoring.
