🏆 Competition Format Overview 🎫 Ticket Types Athletes register in same-sex pairs under one of three ticket options:

CrossFit Only

Eligible to compete in 3 CrossFit events. Earn points only in the CrossFit leaderboard.

Hyrox Only

Eligible to compete in 3 HYROX-style events. Earn points only in the HYROX leaderboard.

CrossFit + Hyrox (Full Competition)

Compete in all 6 events (3 CrossFit + 3 HYROX). Earn points toward:

🧩 Events CrossFit Events (3 total) Functional fitness tests including strength, conditioning, and skill-based workouts.

Hyrix Events (3 total) Endurance and station-based fitness races similar in style to HYROX format.

Pairs in the full competition complete all 6.
