HEYL CrossFit’s competition series returns with ‘Together We Stand - Trinity Teams’ a same sex triples CrossFit competition on Sunday 13th July 2025

£99 per team.

The day will have Male and Female categories. One athlete must be a 35+ Master

The day will compromise of 4 workouts, 1 will be a max lift and winners will be decided by results across day.

We have limited spaces in each division. 15 Male & 15 Female.

Workouts will be released Prior to event.

We are super excited to bring the success of this competition back from last year.

Let’s just say expect the unexpected.
