The Triage Competition returns for another year, bringing back the crowd-favourite signature Friday night event. 

Athletes won’t just be competing… they’ll be “Triaged.” 

In this unique format, the first event will determine your division for the rest of the competition: TI, TII, or TIII.

So check below for the minimum movement requirements for these divisions before you register.

 

DIVISION MOVEMENT STANDARDS

TI - Athletes in this division likely performed all workouts in the 2025 CrossFit Open as prescribed and typically RX all workouts at their affiliate.

  • Front Squat   -   225 / 155
  • Shoulder to Overhead   -   225 / 155
  • Clean   -   225 / 155
  • Snatch   -   185 / 125
  • Thruster   -   135 / 95
  • Sandbag Movements   -   150 / 100
  • Dumbbell Movements   -   50 / 35
  • Wall Balls   -   20 / 14 to 10' / 9'
  • Box Jumps   -   24 / 20
  • Handstand Push-ups (Strict / Kipping)
  • Handstand Walk
  • Pull-Ups (Chin over Bar / Chest to Bar)
  • Toes to Bar
  • Muscle Ups (Ring / Bar)
  • Double Unders
  • Pistols
  • Rope Climbs (Legless / Regular ) to 15'

 

TII - Athletes in this division might have performed some workouts in the 2025 CrossFit Open as prescribed, but may have scaled others. Athletes in this division scale many of the workouts at their affiliate.

  • Clean   -   155 / 105
  • Snatch   -   135 / 95
  • Thruster   -   95 / 65
  • Sandbag Movements   -   100 / 75

  • Box Jumps   -   24 / 20
  • Handstand Push-ups (Strict / Kipping) to Abmat
  • Pull-Ups (Chin over Bar)
  • Toes to Bar
  • Double Unders
  • Rope Climbs to 12'

 

TIII - Athletes in this division might have little CrossFit experience and this might be their first competition. Athletes in this division typically scale most or all workouts at their affiliate.
