We’re bringing together athletes of all levels for a day packed with functional fitness challenges, high energy, and real connection. Whether you're chasing the podium or just want to experience your first comp, this is the place.

• Team of 6 - consist of:
  • Rx Male/Female
  • Intermediate Male/Female
  • Scaled Male/Female

You are a team of 6 people, ideally registered in the same box or gym but this is not a dealbreaker to form a team. You are 1 team, so 1 team name on the leaderboard. You are a team with one purpose: beat the other teams, together. Most workouts will be done with your division buddy with the appropriate weights and movements, in the final all six of you will be on the competition floor together.
