Barbells will be loaded prior to start with each bar being heavier than the previous one. Each competitor will begin with snatch. The participant will snatch until they can no longer complete the lift. They will then switch to clean and jerk. Once they hit a weight that they cant do they will start to just clean. After clean the partcipant will deadlift until a weight is reached that cant be done.
