Level 1 = Beginner
- No difference in weight class
- Gaining experience

Level 2 = Regular (Novice in Training Strongman)
- Gaining experience
- Getting the most out of it
- Woman class (kg): U73, U82, OPEN
- Man class (kg): U90, U105, OPEN
Level 3 = Advanced (Experienced in Strongman Events)
- Woman class (kg): U73, U82, OPEN
- Man class (kg): U90, U105, OPEN
