Early Bird (until Oct 5th, 2025): $29.95 Full Price: $39.95 Registration closes: Jan 25th, 2026 @ 10:00pm Divisions RX & Intermediate (scaling options available for Intermediate) Age Categories 30–34, 35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54, 55–59, 60–64, 65+ To be eligible, athletes must be 30+ on Aug 29, 2026 Age category is based on athlete’s age on Sept 29, 2026 The Tests All 4 tests will be released on the MastersHQ Website, Instagram, and Facebook Athletes will have 10 days to complete and submit their scores and video via Competition Corner Scores must be submitted no later than 10:00pm on submission day for them to count Advancement The Top 8 individual athletes from each division and age category in every State/Region will qualify for their State/Regional Semi Final MASTERSHQ SEMI FINALS Locations & Dates

Top 3 RX & Intermediate athletes from each respective age category & division from every state/country will qualify for the MHQ Championship MASTERSHQ CHAMPIONSHIP 2026 Location – Seaworks, Williamstown. Victoria Date – August 29 - 30 2026 Athlete Check-In – Friday August 28 @ 5:00-6:30 PM Competition Days – Saturday & Sunday Intermediate athletes will compete in the morning sessions RX athletes will compete in the afternoon sessions Presentation – Sunday After Party – Sunday 4th Stage → Masters Fitness Championships Top #1 RX athlete 35 years+ from each RX division will qualify for the Masters Fitness Championship Location & Date: TBC
