Kilos for Choir - Charity Competition Event!!

Join us for a funfilled Charity comp to help raise funds for the Gloucester Dementia Choir - a weekly service supporting individuals living with a Dementia, their carers and families, through the power of music and connection. 

This is a mixed pairs event (2 Male + 2 female) featuring 4 classic lifts - Snatch, Deadlift, Clean & Jerk and Backsquat. Each athlete picks 2 lifts and gets 3 attempts to Max these out - Sinclair scoring will be applied. 

Expect Big Lifts, Big Laughs and even Bigger slices of cake. Whether your competing or cheering from the sidelines, its all about celebrating Strength, community and making a difference.
