This is a one day HYROX Simulation Fundraiser event at Seventh Tap Brewery in Shreveport Louisiana.  We have Single Male, Single Female, Mixed Doubles, Male Doubles, and Female Doubles Divisions. It will be a full simulation meaning all the stations, reps, weights, and run distances of an official HYROX race.
