Whether you’re in the gym or out on the competition floor, we all love that moment of maxing out on the barbell. JUST LIFT gives you the perfect platform to do exactly that.
You can compete as an individual or in same-sex pairs, aiming to hit your heaviest lifts across three 8-minute windows:
- 8 minutes to establish your Max Snatch
- 8 minutes to hit your Max Clean
- 8 minutes for a Max Ground to Shoulder + 2 Overhead complex
Each lift is separated by a 12-minute break to recover and prep for the next one. Your Total for the Day is the combined weight across all three lifts and your final placing is calculated relative to your bodyweight, making this a true test of individual strength, power and skill.
