All inclusive competition with all workouts released at least 1 week before event.

Mixed, and same sex pairs open and Masters 40+ ( masters are all on same  leaderboard )

Beginner to elite inclusive in every wod with different scoring options

4 scoring wods

placings will stand for cash prizes.

top 6 open teams go to semi final ( top 2 of each division ) and then top 3 for shoot off bonus cash

rego is non refundable but are transferable.
