7 lifting stations, 6 minutes per station, 14 minutes of transititon time. Divisions will be based on combined age and weight between you and your partner. No skills required! No WODS, just lifts!
Station 1: 1 Rep Max Clean (power or squat)
Station 2: 3 Rep Max Shoulder to Overhead
Station 3: 1 Rep Max Deadlift
Station 4: 6 Minute EMOM Axle Bar Hang Power Cleans
Station 5: 20 Rep Max Back Squat
Station 6: 5 Rep Max Bench Press
Station 7: You Go, I Go Thrusters, non working partner holds front rack
