Crusader Series - Dynamic Duo's
Dynamic Duo's is a vibrant competition that looks to blend a mixture of gender pairings under the same leaderboard. We have 3 divisions - RX | Intermediate | Novice and we have 3 gender pairings available for each of those divisions. Those pairings will be; male/male | male/female | female/female.
Our competition will be hosted on Saturday, December 6th and plan to have a range of tests that are laid out logically and be competitive, fun, intriguing workouts. Our major goal is to run a happy and safe competition that "tests" fitness aspects and NOT a competition that is designed to see how many people we can break.

What is the Crusader Series? The Crusader series is a series of Fitness competitions held across the calendar year. These competitions vary from individual to pairs and even teams. This is why it is called the Crusader Series as there are a series of events under the umbrella of The Crusader Series.
