Gymnastics: Toes to bar, Chest to bar, Bar muscle ups, Double unders, Handstand push ups.
Dumbbell movements such as Snatch, Clean and jerk, Walking lunges, Box step overs, Thrusters. 50/35
SCALED
Barbell snatches: Heaviest bar you MIGHT see #135/95
Barbell cleans: Heaviest bar you MIGHT see #185/125
Gymnastics: Hanging leg raises, Single unders, Wall walks.
Dumbbell movements such as Snatch, Clean and jerk, Walking lunges, Box step overs, Thrusters. 40-35 for Men, 30-25 for Women.
