Movement Standards
Intermediate standards: will be T2B, Pull ups (kipping or strict, butterfly pull ups will NOT be permitted in the intermediate division). Double unders, Wall Walks, prescribed weights e.g. Up to 30/50KG Thrusters, Up to 30/50KG Snatches, Up to 35/60KG Power Cleans, Dumbells 15/22.5KG. *Only two of the team members will be need to perform each movement.
RX standards - only 1 of the 2 team members will need to complete the higher skill gymnastics such as bar muscle ups, hspu, chest to bar pull ups. Example weights will be e.g. 35/60KG thrusters/snatch, dual DB etc.
Fitness standards - bodyweight movements, 20/30KG thrusters, 20/30kg Power Cleans, 55/80KG deadlifts, 10/15KG Dumbell.
Competition is open to both members and non-members.
Location: Boundary Belfast
Team members can be substitued up to 1 week prior to the competition. Workouts will be released over a two week period prior to the competition.
If previously competed as an RX athlete or completed the Open RX then we want you to sign up to an RX team.
