Bring your training buddy along for a great day of competition. We have 2 categories available, all same sex pairs. Athlete registration 8am, and podiums by 2pm.

Same Sex Pairs MM/FF- Basic gymnastics and standard 'open' weights.

Masters MM/FF 70+- Both athletes must be 35 years old and over.

Workouts will be released in the weeks leading up to the Competition. Always inclusive, there will be an option to scale anything you need to for enjoyment, and scoring will reflect this.

Team spots are non-refundable but you may use substitutes.
