Location: AusFitness Expo ICC Sydney (International Convention Centre)

Competition Date: September 20, 2025

Eligible Divisions: Open Individual Youth: 19-20, 17-18, 15-16, 13-14 years Team: (Co-ed) 4 by EOI TEAM EOI FORM HERE

Athlete age is determined by their age on December 31, 2025. Registration is Open to Australian residents only

Registration Closes: Sunday, July 13 at 10:00 PM

Competition Format: Athletes will be tested across six official iF3 tests: Endurance, Strength, Bodyweight, Skill, Mixed Modal, Power

Pathway to the World Stage: The top 3 male and female athletes from each will qualify to represent Australia at the 2025 iF3 World Championships in Lithuania.
