Semi-Final Qualifiers: The top 3 athletes in each division of the MHQ Semi-Final will advance to the 2-day MastersHQ Championship. Special Note for 60+ Athletes: Athletes aged 60 years and over who qualify will receive a direct invitation to the MastersHQ CrossFit Championship and will not be required to compete in the Semi-Finals.

--- World Fitness Project The top RX athlete (M & F) from the following age groups at the MastersHQ Championship in August will receive a direct invitation to compete at the World Fitness Project Finals in Copenhagen, Denmark:

35–39, 40–44, 45–49, 50–54 & 55+

The World Fitness Project Finals will take place December 17–20 and feature the newly launched Masters age group divisions.
